How to delete your account

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to:

[email protected]

In your email, please include:

• The subject line: “Account deletion request”
• The email address linked to your account in the app

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile data (name, email)
• All exercise responses and module results
• Your AI coach message history
• Notes and saved insights
• Progress data

Deletion timeline

Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days of the request being received. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Data that may be retained

In accordance with legal requirements, some data may be retained for a limited period:

• Transaction and subscription records — up to 180 days (tax law requirements)
• Anonymized statistical data (which cannot identify a user)
